Derek Tellier is a full-time real estate entrepreneur but he didn't start out that way. In 2016 at 42 Derek decided it was time for some major changes. He was 50lbs overweight out of shape, working a W2 job, and had no plan for the future. Through surrounding himself with the right people to shift his mindset and hold him accountable, by Nov. 2020 Derek retired from his 20-year career and is a full-time agent with The Short Term Shop. He now has 7 investment properties, 3 LTR and 4 STR, one of which he house hacks and is financially free.
