Together we discuss how observation and finding empathy with media characters translate into empowered choices for our own lives.

Troy, Serena and Rick discuss identity. Everybody’s talking about it, but what does “identity” even mean? Rick shares how strong characters from television shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Battlestar Galactica, helped him to understand the power of personal identity.
