S2 Ep. 39 Maybe it's the glorious Autumn weather, the impending holiday season or the birth of my two newest grandbabies (numbers 13 and 14): life is so beautiful, if we choose to pause and acknowledge the details that make it so. Our Creator blesses us with small moments of joy, peace and sensory experiences throughout our busy weeks, to ground us and allow us to focus on the joy of everyday living.

Enjoying life is not about perfection. Enjoying life is about intention. Life is not about survival. Life is about thriving. Your kids will remember how home felt and how being around you felt, so I encourage you: Don’t miss these opportunities to love your family well.

Alexandra says “Life is too short to be a caretaker of the wrong details.” Isn’t this the truth? We must focus on the details that are lovely, beautiful and life giving for our families!
