The city of Detroit is issuing an open call for a sculptor to create a new statue of legendary Detroit boxer Joe Louis to illustrate his legacy and contributions to the sport of golf. Rochelle Riley, director of the city of Detroit’s Arts, Culture, and Entrepreneurship office (Detroit ACE) joins the show to discuss the project.
