In this episode, we're sharing what we're doing to release our own judgements: judgements of others AND of ourselves. We felt that with everything going on in our world right now, it was important to share our resources and practices with you. 

We'll be referencing the book, "The Universe has your Back" by Gabrielle Bernstein throughout this episode, and we highly recommend you read this and apply these concepts on your own. In the book, Gabrielle says, "Without judgement, we would see one another as equal. We'd have no feelings of better than or less than. We'd be one. Oneness is our true nature. When we're in tune with the feeling of oneness, then judgement and separation dissolve and our connection to the love of the universe is restored." 

We are firm believers that the actions, words, thoughts, and beliefs we have come from either love or fear. We feel it's important that we all learn to recognize when we're acting out of fear and judgement, and we learn to shift our thoughts and actions to come from a place of love.  This isn't easy, but when we make a conscious effort to do this, this is when we'll be in alignment with our truest and highest self.
