Y’all - it’s REAL that there are things out there that can SUCK YOUR ENERGY!
The planets being in retrograde - the moon phases - it can all be connected. Whether you believe this or not, it’s hard to deny that there are certain times in life when the majority of us just feel “off” and we really can’t explain why.
In this episode, we’re sharing a practice you can use to replenish your mental energy naturally - with ZERO supplements, NO caffeine...nothing but your brain, a pen, and a piece of paper!
We guide you through our process on how to dump the negativity and create space for your mentality to naturally shift into a place of positive energy that is aligned with your highest and best self.
If you’re ready to boost your energy naturally, it’s time to press play on this episode and watch the magic happen!
In this episode, we're sharing what we're doing to release our own judgements: judgements of others AND of ourselves. We felt that with everything going on in our world right now, it was important to share our resources and practices with you.
We'll be referencing the book, "The Universe has your Back" by Gabrielle Bernstein throughout this episode, and we highly recommend you read this and apply these concepts on your own. In the book, Gabrielle says, "Without judgement, we would see one another as equal. We'd have no feelings of better than or less than. We'd be one. Oneness is our true nature. When we're in tune with the feeling of oneness, then judgement and separation dissolve and our connection to the love of the universe is restored."
We are firm believers that the actions, words, thoughts, and beliefs we have come from either love or fear. We feel it's important that we all learn to recognize when we're acting out of fear and judgement, and we learn to shift our thoughts and actions to come from a place of love. This isn't easy, but when we make a conscious effort to do this, this is when we'll be in alignment with our truest and highest self.

For this episode of the DGAF: Demand Growth Act Fearlessly Podcast, we were inspired by one of our affirmation cards that read, “I am free: I release my attachment and liberate my spirit.”
We really dig deep into our interpretation of this and we talk about what it means to actually have mental clarity and freedom.

We’ve all been through pain in our lives. That’s a given. You can either take that pain and use it to change your life and others’ lives by turning your pain to power, or you can live a life of resentment towards that pain. In this episode, we share our stories with the hope to inspire you to use your past painful experiences for some good in your life.
Our pain we experienced through our own health and fitness journeys inspired us to help others. We had a burning passion to show people that finding that balance in your life doesn’t HAVE to take 18 years...it can be done much more efficiently when you have the right tools in place.
HOWEVER, we experienced a different type of pain a couple years into our business. In this episode, we dig deep into the story of why we decided to pivot in terms of our professional lives...we realized some aspects of the business we were creating was causing us more stress than it was freedom, and that was never part of our vision. Being a true entrepreneur means you have to be able to pivot and shift when necessary, and we definitely figured this out the long way too. Listen to this episode to hear our stories and to be inspired to turn your own pain into your power.
In this episode, we share a story to hopefully really get you thinking about your life and the way you react to challenges and uncertainty.
The main takeaway: You are in control of your perception, and you are NEVER stuck in the “potato, egg, coffee bean” stage. You can always change your thoughts and actions to work toward a place of happiness and fulfillment in your life, but YOU have to decide that you want to change your way of thinking.
Let this episode bring awareness to your thought patterns. We’re encouraging you to have an optimistic outlook when it comes to adjusting to different situations in your life. You are in control of your choices, and we hope we can inspire you to make them out of love instead of fear.

This episode was inspired by one of our loyal instagram followers. She reached out asking for advice on how to love herself again, and we felt pulled to record an entire episode on this topic. Self-love is one of those terms that’s loosely thrown around, yet it takes a LOT of self-awareness and understanding to truly reflect on your own self-love meter. When was the last time you thought about how much you truly do love and value yourself? If you’re not sure, then this is your sign that it’s time to check in. We give you some tangible tips in this episode to start incorporating into your life, but they’re also mixed in with some personal stories and a whole lotta tough love! We’re getting real with you, because we want to stress the importance of becoming self-aware when it comes to your happiness.
If this topic really resonated with you and you’re open to diving deeper, we’d love to invite you to join us on our live webinar next Friday, May 1st at 1:00pm EST.
