Dr. Ambrose Jearld Jr. led an incredibly successful career in fisheries science and academic programming, and worked in predominantly white spaces for most of his life. Co-host Dr. Lian Guo spoke with Ambrose about his barriers and successes in building a career while Black, while working to further diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
