Learning about your soul's history is not only fascinating, but can be very validating and healing.  Sometimes old issues can bleed over into this life, so understanding recurring patterns and situations can be really helpful in your quest for alignment.  While a session or past life regression is helpful to get the specifics and learn about different places your soul has ventured, there is some exploring you can do at home!  Happy exploring, friends!
