Diary of a Psychic Medium

We all have a family of energetic beings here to guide, protect, and center our energy.  Being open to them and fostering a communicative relationship with them offers us an effortless path to align with our soul's mission, and thus, find a place of happiness, peace, and abundance.  They cannot directly change our reality since we have free will, but instead leave us a little breadcrumb trail to guide us on the best path for our soul's progression.  We go over many different ways to foster this connection to be aware of their guidance, how they work, and why they're so important.

We spend so much of our life sleeping, but why is it so necessary?  This episode we're exploring dreams, where we go when we sleep, and why dreaming is so imperative.  I share some tips to connect to your dreams, lucid dream, as well as how to handle nightmares and sleep paralysis.  Life on Earth consists of a lot more than what the physical world has to show us, and dreaming opens the door to the other dimensions of life.

Spiritual abilities are a natural part of who we are as humans, but they often go undetected in our subconscious.  Once we fully open ourselves up to them, it can be a bit of a messy process.  So I'm discussing the 5 biggest lessons I've learned being a psychic medium!  I also share some tips and tricks for those also on this journey or wanting to start.  We talk about setting boundaries, manifestation, igniting your abilities, handling psychic information, and SO MUCH more!

We're opening up the conversation about aliens!  There's SO MUCH to cover with this topic, so we're starting close to home.  We cover some of the beings in our solar system (and some outside!), what the process of abduction feels like, how I came to connect with them, and my mom, Maria Bridges, joins us as a special guest to share her strange floating encounter with them.  You can find out more about her at https://www.ahealingsequence.com/

Today we are taking a deep dive into the world of faeries.  There are so many misconceptions about them, so we're clearing some stuff up.  We explore what they're like, how to connect with them, as well as my experiences with them (which shed some insight on astral projection and what happens when we sleep!).  We also talk to a couple faeries that kindly offered themselves to be an example and guide to navigate the Faery realm.  Enjoy the adventure!
