You may be familiar with some of the IKEA product names, or you may have tried to pronounce some of them in the past. What you may not know is why our products have the names they do and the insight they can give you into Scandinavian culture.   

Did you know, the names of IKEA bedroom textiles are named after flowers and plants? Or that the names of our ranges of office furniture are named after places in Sweden and Norway and Scandinavian boy’s and girl’s names.
