T: Temperature- expose yourself to a cold temperature to reset your nervous system
I: Intense Exercise- shocks your nervous system (think jumping jacks)
P: Paced Breathing- start to take deep belly breaths, and exhale longer than you inhale
P: Paired Muscle Relaxation- go through each muscle group in your body, squeeze and then release - and say the word "relax" as you release!

Margarita recipe (makes 1 drink)
Combine in a shaker with ice:
1is or 2 oz tequila
1 oz lime juice
Shake well and pour into glass of ice
Top off with mandarin orange sparkling water
Enjoy!
