Delphi, Indiana, a small, woodsy town north of Indianapolis, became the site of two of the most notorious murders of recent memory. Originally dubbed the Snapchat Murders, local teens Abby Williams and Liberty German caught their killer on video just before being lured to their deaths. So why did it take 5 years to figure out who was responsible?
