The Hockey News released its final NHL draft rankings and they had Oliver Moore ranked at where the Canucks will pick in the first round at 11th overall. JPat breaks down what he knows about the American centre, who comes out of the U.S. National Development Team and has committed to play at the University of Minnesota next season.
