    In this week’s episode I’m talking you through how you can use and benefit
    from Facebook’s Creator Studio tool.
    Creator Studio is Facebook’s somewhat new scheduling and monitoring tool,
    but they’ve also recently added some new features, including scheduling
    Instagram posts, so I wanted to let you in on it, since there doesn’t seem
    to be all that much talk about it. It can be used to schedule and analyse
    posts for both Facebook and Instagram.

  • Cold, Warm and Hot Audiences and how to market to them
    In this week’s episode I’m talking you through cold, medium and hot
    audiences on your email list and how to best market to them differently.
    A cold audience is people who you either haven’t sent content to in a
    while, or haven’t opened your emails in a while, a few months is usually a
    good guide, depending on how much interest they showed before.
    A medium audience is those people who have engaged intermittently over time
    or just recently, or you have sent to infrequently. 
    Hot Audiences are your most engaged subscribers. You’re sending emails to
    them frequently, and they open them and click links more often than not.

    In this week’s episode I’m talking you through some ways to get back in
    front of people who abandon a purchase, after showing some interest.
    One way to get people over the line, is to follow up, but when they only
    viewed your website and didn’t actually register for your email list or
    make a past purchase, it gets a little harder, since you don’t always have
    an email to follow up on.
    Getting back in front of them through email and advertising is a great way
    to slowly tick away at this over time.
