About Kierstin: Hi, I’m Kierstin. I currently live in Savannah Georgia where I was given the amazing opportunity to perform with Cirque Divina every Friday and Saturday night, during the week I provide Trauma Sensitive Yoga Classes for Recovery and Behavioral Health spaces. I also partner with Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council and Hello Neighbor Sav offering sober activities, wellness classes, and trauma informed mindfulness training to assist our community. Kierstin is YACEP, Trauma Informed E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Breathwork coach, Meditation facilitator, Reiki Master, Community Resiliency Model Teacher Trainer, Cirque Performer, and Yoga Therapy candidate. Honoring individuality and supporting community growth. Duality Rising was created by Kierstin Nicole to support individuals in finding mindfulness tools that feel supportive to them and their lifestyle. Duality Rising symbolizes the full spectrum of the human experience: the rise and the fall, the pleasant and the unpleasant- and how we can honor it all.
