In this episode, we review the 2012 independent film "Morgan" all about a gay athlete who gets paralyzed and then falls in love with a non-disabled guy. We explore the ableist tropes in the film and the way sexuality and disability is portrayed... the film is super low budget and super not great.

In this episode I introduce you to my sister and co-founder of Deliciously Disabled, Heather Morrison. Together we started the brand in the hopes of creating the very first line of sex toys for disabled people. I talk with Heather about why this type of thing was important for her to be involved in, she highlights the specs of the project, our push to find funding, why access to self-pleasure is a human right and something people take for granted, and she even shares some funny awkward stories about sexy audio I recorded as a pre-teen! This is a good one. Enjoy!

In this episode, I talk about how many disabled people don't get a second date, and from there we look at popular magazine suggestions about what to do on Date #2, and apply disability to them. Maybe on the 2nd date you can bring up ableism. Maybe on the 2nd date you can take your date on disability transit. Maybe on that second date you can wear comfy crip clothes, and be way more your disabled self on the date than you thought. All this and more on this episode. Enjoy!
