With more jobs than people to fill them, many employers are spreading the net in their search for talent.

The jobless rate has edged up slightly, to 3.3 percent, but there are also many jobs that employers can't fill.

Some are turning to the firm Workbridge, and connecting with disabled people looking for opportunities.

Workbridge chief executive Jonathan Mosen spoke to Charlotte Cook.
