Discerning the Times

President Trump has caused quite a stir by recently posting an A.I. generated image that appears to depict him as Jesus Christ healing a man. How should Trump supporters and Christians react to this?

When asked what would be the sign of His Second coming and the end of the age, Jesus stated that nation rising against nation would be one of the indicators. Are we seeing that fulfillment today? We will talk about this week on Discerning the Times.

We look today at the importance of having a Biblical worldview by looking at the account of Michigan House Representative Karen Whitsett, who repented for compromising her Christian faith due to politics.

Chapter two of the Book of Daniel involves a prophecy revealed through King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. God made known the fate of the future kingdoms of the world through this dream. We conclude a two-part series looking at the vision of the great image.

We see what is happening in Iran as a U.S./Israel coalition has been carrying out Operation Epic Fury. Does the Bible have anything to say about this? We'll take a look this week by reviewing reports from Harbinger's Daily along with our measuring rod, the Bible.

This week, we look at the topic of the demonic world and the fact that it is real. Is not a topic that makes us feel good, but we must acknowledge in order to overcome the forces of evil that oppress many. We will listen to a real life account of a face to face encounter with the demonic from Pastor Jack Hibbs along with exploring Biblical accounts.

We are featuring this week a sermon preached at a recent CURE America event hosted by Donald T. Eason. This powerful message was delivered by Apostle Ellis L. Smith, pastor of Jubilee City Church in Detroit. In this fiery sermon, Apostle Smith calls believers to adopt a true biblical worldview amid intense spiritual and ideological warfare threatening America's soul. Drawing from 2 Corinthians 10:3–6, he explains how our weapons are mighty through God to pull down strongholds, cast down false arguments, and bring every thought captive to Christ. He exposes Christian compromises, like freemasons, fraternities, sororities, and yoga in the church. Apostle Smith challenges believers to think biblically about God, truth, justice, manhood, abortion, gender, and more—rejecting worldly lenses and renewing the mind with Scripture.

We’ll listen to a portion of the sermon today, but a link to the full sermon is below if you would like to hear its entirety. I pray that the message will be a blessing.
