Easy Step-by-Step for Novice Seller

Mr. Riley's book is laid quite well for the novice Amazon seller. The short succinct chapters get straight to point without any sugar-coating. No reason to waste any time at a 3-hour workshop. Plus, because it is an audible book you can go back & listen to whichever section you need at any given time.

Narrator got the job done, but also sounds like the words are not his. The information was so good that listening to his stilted reading didn't bother me enough to not listen a second time.

My boss recommended it to me and decided to use this summary to see if it was worth buying the main book. Answer is yes it was and the snippet is a good reference to come back to as a reminder every now and then as its only 30mins long.

IMPORTANT GUIDE.......

I strongly agree with the author that it is important to ask your friends opinion about your best qualities and what needs to be improved and that confidence increases when you are active and in shape. This book is very easy to read and follow. It teaches you how to improve communication, building your charisma and confidence, body language and much much more. I've managed to improve my communication and interactive skills.

This is a very helpful guide!

Amazing guide Starts off with analyzing speech, then body language, covering all major body parts from top to bottom, and last but not least - how to tell if somebody is feeling uncomfortable by getting to know that person in a comfortable position first.

Definitely recommend giving this one a listen.

This is a very helpful guide! It helps your career to do better at work and analyze people around you. I learn a lot from this book. I learn how to predict like the author said: Whether you are a salesperson, performer or office worker, we can learn how analyzing people will help you. You will be able to provide better customer service and cut through a lot of unnecessary confusion once you gain this knowledge. I keep that in mind and recently i do it always whenever i am with. Great book and very knowledgeable nook in analyzing people!

Lots of good suggestions for moms

I enjoyed listening to Samantha's stories and suggestions for working moms. Although my kids are teenagers, I still found ideas that will be helpful. I also like the idea that "balancing" home and family is not 50/50 and really doesn't have to be to live a happy productive life as a mom.

Better guide

Finding approachable, comprehensive and practical guidance on coaching, and it's application in a business environment, is pretty near to impossible. Having benefitted myself from personal coaching, I was keen to use coaching as a means of improving the performance and productivity of those people who work for and with me.

This book is an invaluable reference, providing me with coaching tools, techniques and tips in a really easy to use format. It is no-nonsense, straightforward and easily read and understood. The main text is broken up by example conversations, regular challenging exercises, and coaching checklists. This practical book has delivered results for me. If you are considering coaching, I cannot imagine a better guide.

Impressive! A good read for anyone wanting to sharpen their coaching skills, a lot of the content is very similar to other coaching books but the bottom line is in order to be a good Coach you need to constantly look at things in a different way. Worth recommending!

Useful information with valuable insights

Coaching technique is something that I feel that I have been lacking in my career. My followers do not seem to be motivated well enough and I think that there must be something missing in the way I conduct myself and guide others. After reading the book, I gained some valuable insights and tried applying one of the methods. I am glad to share that it did help my team. I am looking forward to apply more of the techniques shared in the book. Overall, this book content is coherent and well put together for practical application.

Not everyone knows that there is a difference between coaching and mentoring. I hate to say this: I will not define these terms for you.
