This is a lovely audiobook of the famous children's story. The music featured during the story really brings it to life, and makes it more entertaining for little ones to listen to. There are more stories featured in this audiobook too, not just the Very hungry Caterpillar which was a nice surprise.

My two year old toddler really likes to hear short stories such as this and Brown Bear, Brown Bear What do you see? The addition of music to of these relatively short stories, makes them very entertaining and engaging for very small children.

This is a great story. It is written by 2 dental professionals and it also includes a tooth chart to record when your children lose their teeth.

An ever green favourite

This review is for the hard cover version. One of my son's favourite books. If you have a kid who likes books, this one will be well worth your money. The text and the illustrations, every thing about this book is awesome. This one is the best in the series. I would always recommend not to go for the board book version as it does not do justice to the illustrations. The age recommended in the product details is right, 3-7 yrs.

We love the Bear books

We love the Bear books. I love the easy rhyming flow of the story. My 2 year old loves this book and I love reading it to him.

This is such a cute book. My two year old loves it. Especially because it circles around one of her favorites signs (which the animals are doing on the book cover) - "more". The illustrations are really detailed. The story is creative and easy for my daughter to understand and enjoy.

I love Bear!

These Bear books are the best! We have several and my kids love them and so do I!. This one is about Bear waking up from hibernation and being so hungry he can't get enough to eat. His friends rally together to help him.

Great story, good board book quality

This, and other Bear stories by this author, are a favorite read in my household (1 yo and 3 yo). The rhyming is varied enough in style with a repetition of the key phrase (and the bear wants MORE!) that it's easy for the kids to follow along/participate while not making the adult want to ... well, let's just say go crazy. The quality of the board book is great/sturdy. The size is not too big for the 1 yo to hold, and not too small for the 3 yo to manage. Overall, we're getting/have gotten them all.

Recommend for 3-4 yo

We are currently reading a story out of this nightly with our son. The pictures are cute. The stories are very basic but it is a good introduction to the Bible.

Love this sweet bible

Love this sweet bible! It is for my 4 year old and we use it for his homeschool curriculum. it tells the stories very well but also keeps it interesting for his age

The best part, I feel

My 3 year old daughter LOVES this book! The best part, I feel, is that the people are more realistically drawn than other kid's Bibles I've seen. The stories have questions for kids to help them relate more to the stories. It's wonderful.

The Preschooler's Bible

I purchased this to use in my sunday school class and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The stories are written on the perfect level for preschoolers and the pictures are vibrant and work great to keep the children engaged. If you are looking for a bible story book for your preschooler, you will not regret this purchase.

Not my favorite.

Much prefer my Children's Illustrated Bible. Put this on the book shelf and probably won't pull it back out. I found it to be very watered down and lacking stories compared to the Illustrated Bible.

This particular performance was perfect tone,to the point of melodious, I played it again and again.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, and again and again. Whenever I had a challenging day at work or I wish to just feel happy, I listen to this book and speak along with Oriagh Cassidy's voice. It works every time and I go home feeling happy.

Any additional comments?

you will want to memorize this book, just as I have memorized all the Mother Goose rhymes as a child. This book is that kind.
