Youll be able to speak comfortably about things that happened in the past and make plans for the future.
Reading Lessons are included at the end of this unit. These lessons, which total about one hour, are designed to give you practice reading Greek and to provide vocabulary. Before you know it, youll be reading Greek with the ease and flexibility of a native speaker. A Reading Booklet to be used with the audio lessons is also included in PDF format.

Excelling Where Tradition Has Failed
I love Pimsleur's philosophy of learning a new language the way in which children learn their first language. With this program, you are thrown right into the language world, not following a pattern you may expect, such as learning 1-10, "Hi, my name is..." etc. No, with Pimsleur, you're given a seemingly out of order vocabulary/repertoire, but everything is done with reason. You may wonder why certain phrases/tenses were given to you at a certain time, but every now & then it tricks you with the purpose of teaching you to TEACH YOURSELF why. Even the numbers are given out of order, so that you don't get stuck in an "ABC" style pattern of MEMORIZING them - you actually LEARN them & they stick with you. And, speaking of ABC's, I have not yet done the reading portion of it, as I have already been studying how to read on my own and with limited help from a Greek friend of mine, so I cannot accurately assess that portion. However, the 30 lessons are simply brilliant in their design - I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm not 100% sure how well it would function as a standalone program.
