    AWESOME!! BRILLIANT!!
Would you listen to Shadows of Tockland again? Why?
Yes! Shadows of Tockland by Jeffrey Aaron Miller is a reamarkable crafted, dark, suspenseful and engaging exploration of the price of both running away from life and the ramifications that come with that choice. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the plot is well paced by beautiful, strong characters dealing with their demons and intense imagery filled with humor and intrigue.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Shadows of Tockland?
I could easily see myself in the shoes of the main character, David Morr. Life is not going as planned so he runs away from it only to find himself on a much darker journey with suspenseful twists and turns while facing his own inner demons. I could especially relate to making choices amidst his own wounds and scars without contributing to his pain or the pain of other people. Powerful!! As he meets his own dark night of the soul, he has to make choices.. I also especially liked Belle (her courage and strength) and her desire to defend the helpless. The parasitic plague was also intriguing as it is all believable!
What about R. Paul Mattys performance did you like?
Truly exceptional narration with impeccable timing. Outstanding work of playing all of the diverse characters by bringing out their personalities with an engaging flair! He does an incredible job of bringing everything to life!! At times, I was sitting on the edge of my seat due to the dark suspense and tension! It was powerful to experience the book this way as it would not have been the same experience if I had read the book. I really experienced the range of emotions from happy, sad, depressed, fear, compassion, and love! A great narrator will bring the words to life, stimulate your imagination, and keep you engaged while providing a new and unique experience! Paul Matty is a great narrator.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
"Soul Survival in the Heart of Darkness""Soul Survival of traveling with the clown crew deep into the Heart of Darkness""Inner demons will keep you captive, Letting go will set you free"
    Any additional comments?
Brilliantly read. Moments of humor followed by suspenseful drama the next. Great plot, characters and message. Loved it.

    Great YA story...
So I really enjoyed listening to this book. It is a cute YA (young adult) fantasy / sci fi story. It has air ships and robots. I loved the character Boy (the robot). I found this story to be original and totally charming. This would be a great story for a Sunday dinner with the entire family! It reminded me of the old- fashioned Disney movies (so to speak). The author, Regina Puckett did a great job on this novella. Excellent plot too. The narrator, Hollie Jackson, delivered a perfectly flawless and enjoyable narration. Excellent job all.
I received this audio book as a gift in exchange for a honest review.

    Too short and too spaced.
Would you consider the audio edition of Crossfire to be better than the print version?
I'm going to have to wait until they are all out before starting from the start again. It's torture waiting for them to be completed. Sadly I don't have time to read now, else I would be finishing the Kindle versions...
    Unique and interesting story
Exciting, fast moving, suspenseful. Mr. Wayne is a great story teller. Can't wait to read the next book in the series. Loved Mr. Thurstons reading.

I have decided that Mr. O'Rourke is the king of twist! This blew me away. keep up the great work!
    Rubbish
If this book wasnt for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
    not sure
What will your next listen be?
whatever takes my fancy, History, SF, crime.
How could the performance have been better?
the accent of the mane character was very annoying in the early part of the story..........it got less pronounced as the 'story' progressed.
    Any additional comments?
The writing was very repetitive and dragged on far too long, it may have worked a bit better as a short story, the ending was so predictable it was a joke.

Holy Cow! What an amazing experience!
If you could sum up Dying Days: Origins in three words, what would they be?
    Amazing! Outstanding! Mind Blowing!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Tosha Shorb. My gosh what spunk this girl has. The endurance that she exuberated during this story, kept it alive and fresh.
    Which scene was your favorite?
The very first scene with Tosha at the party was my favorite. She acts just like me. One heck of a spit fire! I love her wittyness.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I loved Jack Wallen's voice with this book. He made me laugh, he made shiver, he made me want more of this book. I kept replaying certain scenes because I love the way he described them.
    Any additional comments?
If you are into Zombies this is a MUST read book. I loved the audio version because I could move around and do stuff and even listen to it in the car. Armand Rosamilia writing is very fresh and stunning. I wish they would make this into a movie. If this would have come out before the Walking Dead it would have blown it out of the water.

    Doubleshot Reviews book review
Tonia Brown has yet again sucked me in and left me hanging...this time for a lot longer than a week. **DAMN YOU, Tonia Brown!!** This time around in Railroad Volume 2: Dogs of War, our protagonist, Rodger Dodger, is headed out of town preparing for his new position as security for the Sleipnir. Unfortunately, his services are needed a lot quicker than even he expected as an unwelcome messenger shows up with an ultimatum from his boss to come to their camp or the girl gets it. What girl you ask? Well, we briefly met Lelanea in Volume 1, but we learn a lot more about Ms Lelanea in Volume 2. She has a spunky don't mess with me attitude, is very intelligent and is the niece of the Professor. Upon entering the encampment of the 'pack' we meet the leader Butch who personality and appearance, honestly, just fits his name...just add in the furriness and features of a dog. Thaddaus is one of Butch's pack members, but he sees that the way Butch wants to run the group is not necessarily the best way to go about doing so.
As with Volume 1, Railroad Volume 2: Dogs of War is filled with action and suspense, a hint of romance...or maybe not. Dog people, an engineer with a secret (I've already guessed) , a ghost and many more off the wall characters that you can't help but love and find entertaining.

    Long Ago, Far Away
Another classic story from Murray Leinster. If only it had been longer. Characters were so real, human and and familiar. Always just enough there to make them real. Not too many scientific details to detract from the tale about people getting by facing a possible near-future situation. Another beautiful human thought trip from one of the great science fiction authors of the 20th century. It will charm readers 100 years from now.
