Publisher's Summary:
Best-selling author Kathleen Dowling Singh (The Grace in Dying) presents an opportunity to view and reflect upon our lives in a new way - as an already unfolding awakening. Kathleen Dowling Singh invites us to enter into an awakened relationship with our lives by exploring our own spiritual biography. Her thoughtful reflections and exercises guide us through the process, step-by-step, of recognizing the ever-presence of grace in our lives and learning to trust it and live from it.
This book also offers accounts from renowned teachers, including Rodney Smith, Cynthia Bourgeault, and Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, as well as other long-time practitioners. These intimate first-person accounts offer rare glimpses into early spiritual yearnings, struggles, and realizations - and serve as encouragement and inspiration for us to rediscover our own.

Wisdom that resonates deeply.
Another wonderful book by Kathleen Dowling Singh.
Our "spiritual biography," and we all have one, offers us a place to begin to truly recognize our own depth of being. Thank you, Kathleen, for sharing how accessible this path of understanding is, and how to explore it with these exercises, enabling us to connect with grace/Love in the everyday. Hearing the wonderful stories/paths of others, their trials and tribulations, makes it seem even more possible.
"Practice aligned with grace, develops a perspective that CAN see. It develops our capacity to simply show up in our lives and be present."
A Gentle, subtle awakening
To be gently awakened to new ways of seeing, new ways of being, and new ways of relating to self, to others, and to Being...for those, I highly recommend this book.
I read and loved the author's books
I read and loved the author's books, The Grace in Aging and The Grace in Dying, so I knew this would be good.
It is. How to write our spiritual biography. Great idea! Can we see grace throughout the stages of our journey?
The book divides spiritual life into 4 quarters. We can write out these peak events that shaped our lives or more
important, it just to remember,to recollect how moments of grace enhanced our life.
