Title: Unlocking the Possible with Collaboration
Subtitle: The Collaborative Podcast Series, Book 4
    Author: David B. Savage
    Narrator: David B. Savage
    Format: Unabridged
Length: 12 hrs and 1 min
    Language: English
    Release date: 12-14-17
    Publisher: Savage Management Ltd.
    Genres: Business, Leadership
    Publisher's Summary:
    Why collaborate?
We have seen many and repeated failures, sometimes with the cost of billions. These affect organizations and their capital projects and operations. When a company starts making mistakes, tries to force its agenda on others, or is in conflict with its own stakeholders, the consequences are significant. People revolt and profit margins are destroyed. Projects get delayed in regulatory and community review for extended lengths of time. Employees simply dont give their best because they do not trust the systems they work in, especially when they have little influence in the processes or programs in which they are involved.
The cost to organizations can be both internal and external disengagement, rejection by regulatory bodies and governments, rejection by impacted communities, and damage to the environment. Add to that a wide range negative human impacts including everything from the oppression, conflict, suicide, marital breakdown, and career paralysis to the loss of intelligence and vision of the brightest people in your business, simply because they mentally check out when they come to work.
All this means lost productivity, lost opportunities to grow and prosper, and distracted leaders and workers who no longer feel able to do good work. Leaders and organizations, however, can gain a strategic advantage by avoiding all of this energy and revenue-zapping negativity simply by working together to build a culture of collaboration. Collaboration is not an event, its a culture. Its the way we work together. I am a lifelong student of how to get the right people in the right place with the right information in the right mindset to figure out how to conquer challenges and solve conflicts together.
Collaboration is a new field of study and success. Collaboration must evolve. Lets learn together and make our world, communities, and families better. In this series:

    Members Reviews:
    Failure is an imaginary word.
I received this audiobook at my request so that I can post a review.
This audiobook had multiple people talking about all their success and failures. This is, I want to say self-help book, but not entirely. This books explains the ins and outs how to be not only be success in your life but also a success in business.
The very first person that told their story was the author JP Mahoney. He has been trying to make something of himself for years and years and he finally found something that he loved. Not only did he fail multiple times but also succeeded multiple times as well. This is over all theme of the book. To understand that failure is never the end. Once you fail that does not mean you give up entirely. Once you fail it means that you get back up and try and try again.
This book also encourages people that they can make money and be success in business as well if they put their mind to it. Being successful when it comes to money is not strictly for certain elitist individuals. A lot of the individuals that told thier story in this book itself we're regular people. People that decided to put their own time and their own money into what they wanted to do to succeed. In order to succeed a person cannot just sit around the house and wait for a magical pot to come to them. This book shows that with hard work and a little patient anyone can be successful in life.
I did enjoy the narrator however with all of the life stories I would have liked to have listened to the individuals tell their own account. I just feel like it would have been more personable rather than having a narrator read from the book stating what each individual did to overcome and to succeed.
Tips and tricks for business development
Sick of the Boss, by Jack Bastide, Eric Reese, JP Mahoney, narrated By David Sadzin
Up front, I have to say I loved this book and loved it on so many levels. Thanks to Eric Reese who thought I might like it :) Book is well structured. It is about self-developing business. Anybody interested in entrepreneurship should listen to this. Authors share so much of their own personal experience and knowledge. It was very interesting to listen and get engaged. Manny useful information how to start and develop your own business from the scratch. Educate yourself and learn from others experience. This book provides knowledge which rare people would be willing to share. Manny tips and tricks for business development. The narrator David Sadzin provided a perfect voice and sounded really pleasurable to listen. Nice tone, speed and voice colour.

    Format: Unabridged
    Length: 33 mins
    Language: English
    Release date: 11-22-17
    Publisher: Combray Media
Ratings: 3.5 of 5 out of 2 votes
    Genres: Business, Leadership
    Publisher's Summary:
The definition of entrepreneurship is the activity of developing, organizing and managing a business, mindful of the need for financial risk but with the aim of making profit. The word "entrepreneurship" is relatively new but it could have been applied to many people before the word was ever adopted.
Take, for example, Thomas Edison. He would not have known the word, but as the inventor of the electric light bulb, the moving picture camera, and the gramophone, he was both inventor and entrepreneur. The two are things are not necessarily related; the entrepreneur who sees an opportunity in the market is not necessarily the person who has invented something.
The person who grasps the opening is an entrepreneur. One of the most famous modern entrepreneurs was Steve Jobs who died at 56 years of age, in 2011. His legacy lives on and when discussing the subject of entrepreneurship and business, it is worth remembering his life. This book will discuss and analyze the deep impact Steve Jobs had on entrepreneurship and the business world.
