Great poetry book - Definitely worth reading - Might the work of a future legend
Worth reading for any lover of poetry.
This is a lovely collection of poems about three of lifeâs (and poetryâs) biggest themes: love, loss, and God.
The poems' themes start with love, many of which have a youthful tone, but the poems and the love begins to mature as one reads through the book. Next you encounter poems of God and love, slowly moving into issues of enlightenment. Poems of major events in the world color the collection.
All in all, this a lovely little book of poetry. Some of the poems seem a bit immature in their structure, but it has the feel of being intentional, using a younger tone to convey more youthful emotions. The later poems show a more experienced hand, creating an image of the growth and lifecycle of a poet.
While these arenât the heady issues of Ginsberg or Kerouac, but they are the same issues one finds in Byron and Keats.
Thoroughly enjoyable and excellent addition to any poetry collection.

Enlightenment by Raminder Bajwa is an exceptional collection of poems that features a wide selection of themes âlove, peace, faith, secrets, and prayers. Itâs a collection that invites readers to celebrate their human heritage and to find meaning in the simplest gestures of life. The poems are hugely marked by that subtle richness of language that combines eloquence with simplicity, and a very careful attention to details â a stir, a rising wave, a hushed dawn, a stifled laughter, a faint expression on the face! They are fierce without losing the tenderness that soothes the heart and brings it to recollection and peace. Bajwa is a brilliant poet who knows how to use language to unveil the soul of any emotion, sentiment, and gesture. He writes about the things humans share in common, making it easy for anyone to connect with his message. But it is most arresting to see how the poet skillfully uses his language to lay bare the diverse seasons of the soul. The style is deceptively simple, but beneath that simplicity of language, there is a powerful currentâa wave of love that will undoubtedly inundate the hearts of readers.
