Aruj Chawla, MD provides an overview and discussion of an AJR article that discusses the possibility of using thin-slice reconstructions in a head-to-head comparison with existing reconstruction techniques to compare subjective image quality. Is there a possibility of streamlining workflows and eliminating thick reconstructions all together? The ideas proposed in this research hope to help pave the way.
