One of the interesting things I noticed about this thing called distraction was how crazy it felt. This shadow is not subtle. It consumes us. It can possess us. With the slightest bit of awareness we can see that all of this crap that’s distracting us from who we really are is part of the basic structure around why we don’t do what we really want to do. And that these distractions also, very obviously, don’t fulfill us.

But with the slightest energy shift, we can experience nourishment and enrichment from the exact things that are draining us of our life force. Enjoy the show!
