The Washington Commanders head to Los Angeles to take on the Rams this Sunday at 4:05pm ET.  Before we chat about that matchup, we begin with the conversation surrounding the local basketball and hockey team moving.

The Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals are currently due to move to Potomac Yards in Alexandria in 2028.  The owner of the teams, Ted Leonsis, wants to move them there because he gets an opportunity to build a state of the art stadium and claims to be uniting the DMV with this physical move of the teams.  What do you think of the potential move to Virginia for our Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards?

Switching back to football, the Los Angeles Rams are 6-7 this season and have a promising schedule to end the year.  This gives them a solid chance of making the playoffs, and it’s important to note that context when talking about their approach to this game.

The Rams are led on offense by QB Matthew Stafford and HC Sean McVay.  Stafford has 2 brilliant weapons in wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.  How can the Commanders, who just lost linebacker Jamin Davis to IR for the season, slow this Rams offense down?
