A former Paralympic swimmer who now works as a Motivational Speaker, MC and Children’s Author, Jessica Smith is also mother to three and writes articles relating to body image, diversity, and disability awareness for various international publications.

 

During this week’s episode, Jessica tells us her story on becoming a Paralympian and growing up with a disability and we discuss important topics including child anorexic, succeeding under the odds, changing perception, and teaching our children to be more open to religion and diversity.
