Spotlight guest
On this episode my spotlight guest is Creighton Wong. We cover a number of topics from personal branding to digital marketing. Creighton echoes one of my six value adding focus points with research and why it's so critical when it comes to branding. He is the Founder of Exponential Clients, a digital marketing firm built on the belief that massively growing a business always starts with deep research and gathering the very best data. He is also a Curious World Traveler, an Adventurous Foodie, and Global Nomad who met his beautiful wife while working in Da Nang, Vietnam. He is also a former competitive Para-Triathlete who, while missing a right leg and several digits on his hands, has finished the New York City Triathlon (twice); Escape From Alcatraz; and Ironman Oceanside.

On this episode I chat with Suzanne Carpenter about the story and personal journey behind setting up her own business. If raising 4 kids wasn’t enough to do. Suzanne asked her herself a life changing question. "You say you would die for your kids, but would you change for them?” Suzanne was a bulimic and overcame it as an adult to be a better model for her daughters. She went on to create a virtual company that exists to clear up food confusion so others can win at losing weight.
Spotlight guest
Her official titles are teacher, mentor, and consultant. She’s a mum of four who’s launched her own brand and business around some incredibly powerful defining moments in her life.
Through her successful 10-year nutrition career, Suzanne saw a gap in the industry and a trend in society. Americans are more confused and overwhelmed than ever when it comes to actually losing weight and keeping it off. She created a virtual nutrition education company called CarpenterOne80 whose mission is to provide affordable and simple programs that can clear up food confusion so that people can win at losing weight. Suzanne is a Certified Nutritional Consultant, the CEO and Founder of CarpenterOne80, as well as the creator of SOS (Suz On Your Shoulder), Babysit My Plate, and The Food Peace University, three different virtual bite-sized nutrition courses. They were designed to teach you what you need to know to create sustainable results.

In the Divided by Brand spotlight on this episode is Andy Platt, a former headteacher best known to myself for his passion and involvement in No Horizon the musical. Andy wrote the musical alongside his full time role in education, then twice gave up that career to pursue this passion project. No Horizon was originally created in 2004 with colleagues, Andy spent sixteen years pursuing the dream to the cusp of a professional theatre tour, only to find it cancelled due to the corona virus lockdown two days before it was due to begin.
I ask Andy about his career failures, career highlights but ultimately how he made some bold dividing life decisions that made him realise his true passion in life.
