  • 122: HOW to Heal Through Divorce

Grab your Cup of Joy juice and once again join me for this exciting episode! As I reflect back on the many months I spent researching divorce, I realize that the "how" isn't the most crucial question to be answered. Come along as I share the methods in which I learned to love, heal, and pay attention to myself, and how I came to realize that the "how" of healing was truly about mending my wounds.

Here are the talking points that I’ve covered:

    1. Uncover the power of asking yourself “who” questions instead of “how” questions to create faster healing and transformation.

    2. Heal your emotional wounds to stop self-sabotaging and create relationships that serve you.

    3. Get intentional about the vision and vibration that you need to support your whole body healing.
