Overtime, this creates disconnection from who they are, unfulfillment, burnout, and even unhealthy relationships.
On this week's podcast episode, join me as I have a conversation with Kay Smith, a former principal and previous client of The T.H.R.I.V.E program as we discuss her leaving her previous position, her health and how healing has create a new life for herself and relationships.
