A video of a young Gen Z worker was released on social media, and it was of her getting fired from her job. The human resources person on the phone let the now terminated worker that she has been late numerous times and that she was a no call, no show one day. The Gen Z worker had excuses of why she was late and said that she was a no call no show because it was her birthday. The Gen Z worker was shocked that she was being fired. The Question of the Day is: should the Gen Z worker have been fired or should she have kept her job?
