Is the subject of mental health only for certain Christians or is it something we should all learn and grow in? In today’s episode, we are beginning a series about The Christian and Mental Health. We start off with the question, “Christians Need to Learn About Mental Health?”

Our answer to that question is a resounding “yes!” but we want to get into the reasons why we need to pay attention to the health of our minds and emotions.

For quite some time, mental health has been a separate issue, placed outside the church. We believe that God has so much to say about emotional and mental health. We pray that in our discussion, you will find encouragement to allow God to do great things as you allow Him to lead you into greater healing.
