I want it to be 'normal'...And the fact that I couldn't do something to then wake up the next day and everything magically be 'okay' made me more depressed. So I had to just exhale and be like, 'okay, one day at a time, one step at a time', and it gets better and better. Then what happens and this is the good news, this is the encouraging part, you start to see momentum."
