Basically, your monthly nut is the amount of money you need to cover your basic expenses to keep your business going. In this episode, I break down an example of my old business and how you can figure out yours. Plus, we will discuss adding your personal monthly nut to this to determine what you need in sales each month to hit both your personal and business monthly nuts.
