Madison, FL - 28-year-old Eward Rodriguez walked into a Waffle House and shouted "Get on the ground, y'all are getting robbed." He didn't have a real gun so he faked it with a finger gun. It might've worked...had he kept it hidden in his pocket.

Blue Ash, OH - Fred Hensley Sr. says he didn't mean to shoot his son, Fred Jr.. He was aiming for the guitar his son refused to quit playing. The bullet passed through the guitar and hit Jr. in the side. He quit playing almost right after that.

Williamsburg, MI - It started when 43-year-old Kevin Tighe broke into a home in early October. He was chased off by the homeowner, and police tracked him back to his parents home. Kevin made a run for it into nearby woods but had to call for help when he got lost.
