Tommy Edman got the scoring started with a solo homer in the 2nd, Juan Soto would answer right back to tie the game at 1, but in the bottom of the 3rd Mookie Betts singled and Teoscar Hernandez went deep (392 ft) which was followed by Freddie Freeman picking up where he left off last night as they go back to back to make it 4-1. Yankees scratched one across in the 9th on a Stanton single off of Blake Treinen who only managed 2 outs but Alex Vesia came in to close the door with 1 pitch.
