Democratic representative Adam Schiff has announced this morning that he's putting his hat in the ring for a California senate seat, making him the second from the California delegation to get into the race after Katie Porter. But Dianne Feinstein, holding the seat he'd likely be taking, hasn't announced she isn't running yet.
