Dog Star Oracle Report

June 2025 features Venus, Mars, and Jupiter all moving into new signs. Venus will be moving into sensuous, gorgeous Taurus, the sign of her rulership, and Mars into industrious, worker-bee Virgo. This is a particular improvement for Venus and we will benefit from her energy.

Most importantly, we have Jupiter moving into Cancer, the sign of its exaltation. Jupiter is about expansion and good fortune, and in the sign of its exaltation, it is able to deliver on what it promises.

Lots to talk about this month, Astrologically speaking! However, in comparison to March or April, the skies are a bit calmer this month. We have an intense, emotional Full Moon in Scorpio opposite Uranus on May 12 that may bring a surprise or two your way. On May 24, Saturn, the planet of lessons, work, and practical limitations moves into Aries until September 1st. This is a preview of a much bigger transit as Saturn will permanently take up residence in Aries again in February 2026. Then, finally, we have a lively, social New Moon in Gemini on May 26 that is perfect for new beginnings and setting intentions. Enjoy your horoscope! The Full Moon in Libra coincides with Venus, the planet of love, beauty, relationships, art, and pleasure, stationing direct after her retrograde journey since the beginning of March. Venus will station direct conjunct Saturn, planet of realism, and you may find that you’ll have more clarity on commitments regarding relationships or other Venus-ruled topics.

For example - you may have a lot of clarity around “is this relationship worth it? Or “am I really valued at this job? Is the money worth it?”

The Full Moon being in Libra indicates we might be drawn to socializing, creating art or beauty around us, or be drawn to bringing balance to an area of life that is out of whack.

The Solar Eclipse in Aries, happening on March 29th, 2025, wraps up a chapter that has been going on since April 2023, when we had our first eclipse in this sign. This will be the last eclipse in Aries for the next 18 years!

This Solar Eclipse can signify a new beginning or ending in the part of your chart ruled by Aries. This eclipse also may come with an “aha!” moment as it happens at the degree that Venus and Mercury both stationed retrograde.

March has been a dramatic and sometimes confusing month, as it has been rife with reviews, revising, and re-visiting the past to make sense of the future.

Neptune, planet of spirituality, mysticism, and merging with Source energy, will enter Aries for the first time since 1875. This is a 13 year transit that will flavor what we deify as a collective - what inspires us and mystifies us. In your birth chart, the house that Aries represents for you will be flavored by this energy.

Meaning, you may experience increased spirituality, a longing to connect with the divine, and mystical energy in whatever life area Aries represents for you.
