  • Scythe Ep1
New book new characters new stories new things for Wil to over-analyze here we go fam we are moving on!
Unlike the gods damned Rockets. Ridiculous.

  • GoTS8 The Bells
Alright so Arya kills Danny right? It can't possibly end any other way at this point, and if it does I'll take back at least half of what I've said about the show this season.
I won't though, because even if Benioff and Weiss manage to subvert the obvious plot they've set up in a well crafted way, I won't forgive the waste of time that was Season 8, Episode 2.
This episode was recorded the afternoon of 5.13.19.

  • Descendant of the Crane Ep4
This is it, the final episode of our coverage of Joan He's Descendant of the Crane. We want it to go on forever (and hopefully it will), because we really really loved this one. We hope y'all did too.
This episode was recorded the evening of 5.6.19.

  • GoTS8 The Last of the Starks
The only good spinoffs that have ever happened are The Jeffersons and Fraiser, but I would literally give away my retirement savings for a parallel GoT in which Margaery Tyrell makes it to the end. I was legit in love with her.
Anyways, I mostly liked this week's episode.

  • Descendant of the Crane Ep3
If the damn Rockets don't get it together soon, it'll be ten years before we have the same number of quality title chances we've had with this team. Damn Golden State.
Anyways, how dope of a party-trick would it be to just cut yourself and spray fire out your wrist? Easy ice-breaker.

  • GoTS8 The Long Night
I promise I love this franchise, I really do.
Anyways, if you aren't tired of Kenneth yet, good for you he's back. Arya continues to take what she wants, and the audience continues to get...something. It's Game of Thrones!

  • Descendant of the Crane Ep2
I literally have no idea what to write today. This book is dope as fuck though. Oh, we hit 1K listens yesterday, so thanks for that everyone!
This episode was recorded the afternoon of 4.22.19.

  • GoTS8 A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
The GoT audience forgetting that Theon is the biggest monster of this series is a direct reflection of the willingness to not care about the overall narrative that permeates this show. Death to Theon.
Welcome back our only ever guest, Kenneth Garmon to the show y'all, we're taking an hour to tour the Normandy tonight!

  • Descendant of the Crane Ep1
I spend a lot of time watching trash, and reading trash, and experiencing trash, because I am constantly afraid of missing out on something that was, in fact, not trash. That's what happened last night, when I turned off Game 2 of the Warriors-Clippers series at halftime while editing this week's GoT episode. I left it for trash, and so missed out on the Clippers making the greatest comeback victory in NBA postseason history(31 pts).
Anyways, this book is decidedly NOT trash. I hope y'all are as excited to continue reading it as we are. This is episode 1 of our coverage of Joan He's spectacular debut novel, Descendant of the Crane!

  • GoTS8 Winterfell
Is there a term for the philosophical enlightenment of realizing that you are not only a nihilist in real life, but also in a fictitious universe that has lost it's original qualities? Also, I figured out that the name of Little Staked to the Wall Boy is Umber while I was editing don't bother yelling at me.
Welcome to Game of Thrones! Where plot's made up and the results don't matter.
