Today on the DolphinsTalk.com Podcast, Mike is flying solo, talking about the big news in the world of the Miami Dolphins this week. He starts the show by discussing how Reggie McKenzie is interviewing for the Titans general manager job and how Anthony Weaver is interviewing for multiple head coaching positions. This means that if one or both are hired, the Dolphins may be looking at multiple compensation picks coming their way, but how also the situation around Weaver may also cost Miami from hiring Robert Saleh as their next defensive coordinator. Mike dives into all of it. Then, Mike reviews the highlights (or lowlights) from Tuesday's end-of-season press conference with Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel. He shares his thoughts on what they said and why it was head-scratching. This episode of the DolphinsTalk.com Podcast includes all this and more. What an absolute circus of clown shoes.

The Miami Dolphins' 2024 season came to a close in appropriately embarrassing fashion on Sunday: by allowing Aaron Rodgers to look like his former self and pass all over them. Tyler Huntley looked inept and out of his depth. Mike McDaniel did too. It was just gross.

And then, with Dolphins fans optimistic that changes would be made in the organization, Stephen Ross put out a statement that GM Chris Grier and Head Coach Mike McDaniel would lead the Miami Dolphins through the offseason and into the 2025 season. WELP!

How could things get worse? Well how about a couple of your team captains putting on their prima donna pants and crying that they want to leave? Jalen Ramsey took to social media with cryptic posts, but Tyreek Hill was much more explicit in a postgame interview.

And, of course, there's still the $230 million dollar question about Tua Tagovailoa. So what happens now? What do you do with the wreckage of this season?

Aaron and Josh are back to discuss it all on THE SAME OLD DOLPHINS SHOW at DolphinsTalk.com!

Tonight, on the Post-Game Wrap-Up Show, Mike and Tom discuss Miami's loss to the NY Jets in Week 18 and the Dolphins missing the playoffs for the 13th time in 16 years. We talk about why this season was a disappointment, whether the Dolphins need to make small tweaks, whether it is time for a complete overhaul, and what should be some things Miami can address pre-Free Agency.  We discuss if Stephen Ross will do anything regarding Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel, the future of Tua in Miami, and if this organization will ever get out of its own way. This episode of the Post Game Wrap-Up Show includes all this and more. Remember to like, comment, and subscribe for more updates and insights on the latest Miami Dolphins and NFL news!

Today on the DolphinsTalk.com Podcast, Mike reviews Saturday's two big news stories regarding Chris Grier and Anthony Weaver. A CBS report states that Grier may retire and take on a Senior Advisor role. We also have a report from The Athletic that both Jacksonville and Chicago are interested in Anthony Weaver as their next head coach, with the Bears doing "serious homework" on Weaver. Mike shares his thoughts on both and breaks down what may happen with Grier and Weaver. And if Weaver leaves, would Robert Saleh replace Weaver in Miami? In this Bonus episode, Mike Oliva of DolphinsTalk joins Alex and Scott to talk about his Dec 18 article Why Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel Will Not Be Fired. As we approach the final game of the Dolphins 2024 season, Alex and Scott are looking for hope from Stephen Ross, and if you've listened to our previous couple of podcasts, you'll know we want pretty much the opposite of what Mike's article states. To be fair, Mike wants the same, but makes his case for why he believes it. This is a high-energy debate that covers a lot. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but the three men just roll past that mark and don't slow down. If you haven't listened to many episodes this year, this bonus episode is the ONE.
