In the eigh- I mean, ninth edition of our beloved seltzer series, John and Tom return back to COORS SELTZER to discuss the newest lineup of summer 'Splash' pack flavours. We run through these in order, starting with Fruit Punch, followed by Blue Raspberry, then Peach and Strawberry. Along the way we also get side tracked talking about Peach Man and Tom's old job at Dollarama. These were some tasty, crushable seltzers!

After a long period with just the core members, John and Tom welcome back our recurring guest Dan to discuss the popular Ottawa east-end brewery--Dominion City Brewing Company--on this week's episode of Domestic Pints ONLY. We sample some of the drinks from their variety pack: Strawberry Kiwi, Raspberry Lime, Mango, and Cucumber Lemon. This week on Domestic Pints ONLY, Tom, John and Alex drink and sample a few select 'limited edition' stouts from Ottawa. First up we have two selections from Beyond the Pale: the dry stout DUBLIN OR NUTHIN' and the imperial variant THE DARKERNESS. Last, we swing over to Dominion City to discuss the chocolate chip pecan cookie stout - COOKIE MONSTER. Along the way we also catch up with Alex and shoot the shit. Overall, we had a good time with these stouts but were a bit let down by one of the selections. Nonetheless, we look forward to drinking more stouts in the future!

THESE CATS GOT CLAWS! This week on Domestic Pints ONLY, John and Tom celebrate Seltzer Sunday by sampling some White Claw flavours from the second variety pack. We start off with the common LEMON seltzer - next moving on to TANGERINE (and briefly run into some technical difficulties). We then drink and discuss RASPBERRY before moving onto to the popular WATERMELON flavour. Along the way we discuss Trump's diet coke obsession, stalekraker on Tiktok, playing trumpet, and fishing. We also end things off with Tom sampling a hybrid flavour! We had a surprisingly good time drinking these flavours, which were a big improvement over the older White Claw lineup.

We chat a bit about the brewery and also give our can scores. We first try the Scandinavian-inspired NORDIC PALE ALE. Next up is the interesting CHERRY KOLSCH. Lastly is the basic titled IPA BEER. Along the way we discuss going to Mandarin on Canada Day, Life Alert, different keg sizes, and some hockey/football chatter. This week on Domestic Pints ONLY, Tom and John return to their brewery spotlight to sample a popular selection from Edmonton: Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company! We chat a bit about the brewery before discussing the first entry: ZESTY ZEE. We change things up a bit with the second beer, chatting a special collaboration between Sea Change and Blind Enthusiasm called MULTIPLE ENTENDRE (which I kept calling 'double entendre', sorry!). Our third selection is the Nathan Drake fav: UNCHARTED CITRA lager. Lastly we sample a collaboration with a local butchery: COME ACME BRO. Along the way we discuss topics like Prince playing at the Superbowl, complaining about the recent Rogers internet outage, seashell bathrooms, and other things. Overall, these were some quality beers!
