Donna Mac, author of Know and OWN- Your Worth To Be a Leader, discusses her career and journey in communication, as well as being the president of iVoice. She was 18 years old when she began her communication career in broadcast media. Today, Donna Mac is one of the country's top communication coaches, mindfulness teacher, and a qualified behavioral change facilitator. She poignantly shares the arduous journey of learning how to speak confidently, honestly and candidly. through stories of blazing trails, reinventing, and breaking through the barriers of fear, rejection, and conditioning. Donna Mac is an accomplished communication coach, mindfulness teacher, and a qualified behavioral change facilitator. She has worked in communications since age 18 and is the president of iVoice communication, a coaching and talent development program. Donna's distinguished career includes 30+ years in communications: In the the media, as an executive communication coach, a workforce trainer, and motivational speaker. In 2018, Donna became a certified mindfulness teacher and is a qualified change facilitator (2021). Donna has studied with Dr. Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence) and Dr. Judson Brewer, (Brown University/ShareCare). That concentration enables Donna to help people break old communication patterns/habits so they can update their communication skills and integrate them into today's modern workforce.
