Each of us, animals and plants included are unique individuals co-existing within a larger unified field. Our emotions and thoughts are free-flowing energy frequencies that have the ability to affect the others around us, and they us. Energy hygiene is a way to purify our energy field or body, and it’s as important to our overall health and well-being as a daily cleansing shower or brushing our teeth regularly. Animals ( and plants ) can also be ” victims ” of toxic energy, and typically express it by manifesting symptoms of mental, emotional or physical disease.
