The bit is one of the most powerful—and potentially harmful—tools we use, yet most riders choose one without fully understanding its impact. A successful dressage rider and also a board-certified physician, Mette's commitment to ethical, science-based horsemanship has made her a respected advocate for better communication and comfort between horse and rider.
