Ah baby showers. You either love them or hate them, there's not too much in between. For us, we just want to eat the food, say a quick hello, and get the heck outta there. There's the games, gifts, guests, and everything else that comes with this age old tradition. We'll give our opinion on all of the above, and give some suggestions on gift ideas for the mom to be. Do you have a favourite movie from your childhood that you absolutely LOVE, but now watching it with your kids (or just as an adult in general) you think...."huh, this is kind of horrible"? Well, we've been there....A LOT. We've picked four movies to go through and state why, although they are fantastic, maybe they aren't exactly the best choices for our impressionable offspring. We'll look at Austin Powers, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Christmas Vacation, and Grease. All great and fun films, Buuuut possibly poor choices for an 8 year old...or not, who knows. It's our first bonus episode! Every once in awhile we'll put out a fun movie review or maybe a TV series review for you to sink your ears into. On this, our first one, we'll be talking about the movie 'Bad Moms'. We'll talk all that we loved, what we thought was a little more movie life than real life, and what made us laugh. It's a little more relaxed and there's a little more 'likes' and 'ummmms'....sorry. I also apologize for the sound quality, our connections were wonky.

Mom guilt comes in different forms. Maybe you feel guilty about leaving your son with a babysitter while you go back to work...or even just a coffee with a friend. Perhaps you put that dress back on the rack because you feel like your daughter needs one more (even though she has 20 and she'll grow out of it by next month).
