Christmas doesn’t end on Christmas Day - as a matter of fact, it’s just beginning! The 12 days of Christmas is the shortest season in the Church Year. Day 1 is Christmas Day. The last day of the Christmas season is January 5th, the day before Epiphany. During Christmastide, the Church also celebrates some Holy Days: The Feast of Stephen, the Feast Day of St. John, the Feast of the Holy Innocents, and the Circumcision and the Name of Jesus. We learn more about these special days of Christmas on this episode of Donuts and Devos.
