  • Doopy Brothers Episode 70: Three *mostly* Positive Games
Back after a long holiday weekend and we cover the past three games that took place since our last episode. From the beatdown on a weak DC team, the tough loss to a great Columbus team, to another beatdown of another weak Red Bulls team. A lot to go over and we also discuss how we feel about our midfield value and yet another game against the Revs.

  • Doopy Brothers Episode #68: Reg. Season = Revs. Season
MLS is returning to their "regular season" games and the Union start off with the New England Revolution. We preview this matchup and use the pretty recent matchup to prepare for this Thursday's game. After that, we get into some homegrown talk since the Union just signed another in Jack McGlynn; we power rank all Union homegrowns that have played minutes for the U. In the second half, we create the "Ultimate Union Player" using 7 different characteristics of specific Union players, AJ drew pictures to go along with this segment as well. Enjoy!

  • Doopy Brothers Episode #67: MLS Is Back is done, but MLS is back!

  • Doopy Brothers Episode #66: Semifinals Here We Come!
The Union are two wins away from their first trophy! On the backs of Sergio Santos and Andre Blake, the boys in blue took care of the Revs and SKC to find themselves within the grasps of some silverware (or whatever material the MIB trophy is made of). We discuss both wins and what got us to this point. Plus, with all the Aaronson buzz, we had to get into some European transfer discussion. A new and continuing segment raps up this episode that was inspired from some other great podcasting brothers.

  • Doopy Brothers Episode 65: On To New England (...but still in Orlando)
After a week off from recording, we are back with two games to go over, and one to preview. The Union got four points from the two games against Miami and Orlando and we go over the good and the bad of those performances. From VAR to Martinez's suspension, there is plenty to discuss before we focus on the knockout round game against the Revs. Of course, because we can't just have a normal episode talking just about soccer, AJ had some "Letters To Orlando" that he wanted to share and Luke went on a rant about the underwhelming Charlotte FC brand unveiling. Stay safe and enjoy!

  • Doopy Brothers Episode 64: Back With a Win!
In the first game of the Union's run in MLS is Back Tournament, they beat NYCFC in a not exactly pretty 1-0 effort. We discuss that win, the BPC statement and what the Union did to support the Black Lives Matter movement, and the watching experience of the Orlando tournament. It feels really good to talk about a Union game and feels really really good to talk about a win. We were possibly thrown off by the addition of Ilsinho to the lineup but we discuss big performances from Aaronson, Mckenzie (Celtic what?) and Blake that took the boys in blue into match two with three points. There's also other stuff we cover with Nashville exiting the tournament and the new schedule the Union have in group stage.
