Episode #49 is dedicated to the practice of YOGA and MEDITATION and, possibly, other so-called "Eastern practices." All three of us are dabblers! But we've never talked for a whole hour about it. It's the first in a possibly infinite series we call MIXED BAGS. When something's good... AND bad. We're courageous to even talk about them.
